Terms of Service

1. The service
expogent is an AI growth agent for export businesses. The website currently offers an informational landing page and a waitlist. Product features described on this page are forward-looking; launch timing, scope and pricing may change and do not constitute a contractual offer.
2. Your account and conduct
- You must provide accurate contact information and keep credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse the service: no spam at scale without recipient consent where required by law, no circumvention of rate limits, no illegal, deceptive or infringing content in campaigns you run.
- You keep all rights to content you upload or generate with the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the materials you provide.
3. Third-party platforms
Outreach or publishing features may rely on third-party platforms (email providers, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social networks). Their terms apply to your accounts there. We do not guarantee that any platform action will be free of account restrictions, and you should use approval modes and sensible sending limits.
4. Subscriptions, credits and refunds
Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and measured in credits. Unused credits expire with the billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the policy published at checkout; no refund applies to free access.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced where practicable.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, expogent's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or leads.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms with notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated at checkout; for the waitlist, contact us at [email protected].
