expogent ("we", "us") operates expogent.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It currently covers our website and waitlist; it will be updated before any paid product launches.
What we collect
- Waitlist data: the email address you submit, the category you optionally select, and technical metadata (approximate IP-derived country, referring page, timestamp).
- Cookies: only what is strictly needed to prevent spam submissions (a session cookie on our own domain). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
- Analytics: aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement only.
Why we collect it
To contact you about product launch and beta access, and to understand demand for the service. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties, ever. We do not use waitlist content to train AI models.
Storage & retention
Data is stored in our own systems and deleted on request. If you no longer wish to hear from us, email [email protected] with the address and we will remove it within 7 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare. Access to waitlist storage is limited to named administrators and logged. Emails are never used as credentials for anything beyond contacting you.
Children
Our service is for business users; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post any material change on this page and, for registered users in future, notify by email before it takes effect.
